In-depth case taking, looking at all the aspects of your health and lifestyle to create a plan that works for you, right now.

Initial consultations include homeopathic, herbal and nutritional assessments and take 45-75 minutes to take a full history, symptomology and to address all concerns. Lisa uses a variety of skills to assess your health including observing your skin, hair, eyes, tongue, pulse, and body language. At the end of the initial consultation, Lisa will outline different options to begin with; these could be remedies, supplements, dietary or lifestyle changes. You will always have the choice of recommendations, if you are not comfortable with one modality there are other options available.

It is very helpful to fill out and return the paperwork ahead of time. Please contact Lisa or the office to have the forms emailed to you. The results of any diagnostic tests and a copy of your most recent blood work are also very beneficial to bring to the consultation in most cases.

The second consultation takes place 1-3 weeks later. This gives Lisa time to review your case and put together the pieces of your personal puzzle. This also allows Lisa to see how you respond to the initial recommendations to gauge your sensitivity and give Lisa a better idea of how quickly we can move through different concerns. At the second appointment we will review any changes and discuss a plan of action for healing, including any recommendations for dietary changes, therapeutic diets, supplements and homeopathic medicines. Again you can choose from the list of supports you are comfortable with or as your budget allows.

Organotherapy, Detoxification, Drainage, Nutritional support and Immune support are basic aspects of almost all treatment plans. For more information Check out our FAQ.

Follow-ups should be scheduled every 2-6 weeks to support your healing journey. These can be in person in the office, by email, phone or by video.

The goal is to allow the body to return to its natural self-healing cycle with a healthy diet, without constant remedy and supplement support, or as minimal as possible to feel your best.

Walk-in appointments are not available at this time. 

I do realize that opportunities to heal often occur outside of business hours. For my current clients, I do provide after-hours care including consultations by email, phone and video. There is an additional fee for these services.

Products

A wide variety of Homeopathic medicines are available by request or special order in potencies from 3x to 10mk in office. Most single remedies are $10, combinations will be more.* I also offer, mineral salts, select nutritional and herbal supplements, gemmotherapy remedies, Homeocan combination products and Homeopathic Kits including Travel, First Aid and Prenatal kits.

*Homeopathic remedies and supplements can also be purchased at local stores and Lisa can guide you to order what you need.

Herbal remedies, salves, tinctures, teas and steam blends are available only by consultation and may take up to 3 weeks for your custom order.

*Please Contact Lisa to request your remedies. Lisa will prepare them and let you know when they can be picked up at the Market Mall Family Chiropractic office. There are thousands of different remedies and products it is not possible for the office administrators to prepare your order.
